Individualized Career Assessment and Debrief
Awareness is the first key to narrowing blind spots and promoting professional growth. For this reason, we help our clients tap into and test their own perspectives, beliefs, and assumptions about themselves and their career situations. We utilize assessments as part of either a full career coaching process or as assessment debriefs packages. We offer a variety of industry-recognized assessments including both self-assessment and multi-rater tools including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Strength Deployment Inventory, Thomas Kilmman, Career Design Guide, and 360 Degree Feedback. Once clients complete the designated assessments, they meet with a Karu Consulting coach to debrief their individualized data and begin career development planning.
