RAE Development utilizes a 4 step process:

Step 1: Needs Assessment

Vision and strategize the most sustainable team-effectiveness program and determine program success measures. Complete relevant assessments to measure the team’s current state and determine any gaps. We use a variety of assessments to assist in determining team strengths and development areas including Meyer’s-Briggs Type Indicator™, customized team surveys, and the Strengths Deployment Inventory™

Step 2: Gain Support

Identify supportive formal and informal leaders who can clarify your team’s mission and champion your team’s ongoing efforts across the organization.

Step 3: Design & Delivery

Create a powerful team-effectiveness program for your organization which may include the use of assessments, training modules, and follow-on group and/or individual coaching. Many of our team-effectiveness programs incorporate the following elements:

  • developing a common vision, purpose, and set of goals
  • determining strategy • defining roles and structure
  • setting clear expectations • creating team ground rules
  • improving team communication • reducing conflicts

Step 4: Monitoring & Measuring
